Village Project #14
The House that Jack Built To add to our vintage village is the infamous House That Jack Built--source unknown. Unfortunately, I found this must have been "Jack's" first because it wasn't very well engineered. After much PhotoShopping I finally ended up with a viable house. Cristen, my daughter, says to lose the scallops on the roof (they are from the original). I think they add a je ne sais quoi quality. It is an easy-to-use PDF file (you will need at least the free Acrobat Reader 9). The building is scaled to the other buildings in our village. Click on the following link to download The House that Jack Built. As usual, I've written some instructions and made sure the pieces assemble easily.

Use cardstock weight paper to build this and other Paper Minis Village structures. This project spans 2 pages.
Village Project #19
The bones of this Town Center Merry-Go-Round come from the prolific duo Ernest Nister and Clifton Bingham. However, I have re-engineered it so that the figures actually turn like a true Merry-Go-Round. I've added some poles, which you can use and you might want to cut the wrap shorter so they aren't as thick. Click here to open and/or download the file.
Village Project #20
Every village needs a produce stand and I hope you like the 3-d effect of our village stand.
Village
Project #21
